David Mooch of MZ Promotions announced just a few minutes ago that Earl and Dave Hebner will no longer be appearing at Legends of the Ring XXIII:

I am sorry to inform everyone but dave and Earl hebner cannot make this legends of the ring. For everyone that paid pre sale I have already refunded you. Thank you and we are sorry they can not make it. We will bring them back very soon.

My refund has already been processed, so be on the lookout if you pre-ordered tickets for them.
